This workshop is designed for individuals who have moved beyond the initial stages of their POTS diagnosis and are now navigating new challenges. You may already have a strong grasp of the medical aspects and a trusted care team, but find yourself facing emerging symptoms or seeking meaningful lifestyle adjustments.
Together, we’ll explore:

- Adapting your environment for daily ease
- Implementing sustainable lifestyle changes
- Building resilience and self-advocacy
This is a space for practical strategies, shared experience, and personalized support—because living with POTS is an ongoing journey, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.
This five-week workshop explores key aspects of life with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), with each session focusing on a different theme. The program is designed to be personalized and participant-centered, and each registrant will complete a brief intake questionnaire to help tailor the experience to their unique needs.

- Creating POTS-Friendly Home and Work Environments
- Building Self-Advocacy Skills
- And more, based on participant input
The workshop is led by Racheal Patrolia, a Mayo Clinic–trained, National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach specializing in chronic illness. Select sessions will feature guest speakers with expertise in areas such as mental health, nutrition, and accessibility.
